People are still buying houses!

Despite what you might be hearing on the news, people have not stopped buying houses. This is a great market for first time buyers and those trading up because of low prices and interest rates.

Actually, according to NAR (the National Association of Realtors), 5.2 million homes will be sold in 2009.
