Showing survival tips for your home staging clients


One of the difficult things about being a home stager is that when you finish a staging project, you can't know for sure how long that home will stay in the same condition you left it in.

You can make it easier for your clients to keep things in showing-ready condition by giving them a list of showing tips.

Will home staging work in your small town?

Some small towns and rural areas are great for home stagers and others simply aren't. Whether or not a home staging business will be successful in your area is dependent on many things, and it's wise for you to do your research before you learn home staging and start your business.

There are some things you can do to figure out whether or not your small town will support your home staging business, you just have some homework to do.
