Home Staging brings two offers to stale listing

Staging Diva Graduate, Kathy Vernon of Staged by Dream Weavers, saw from her first home staging project that staging a home really does work.

Kathy was asked to stage a home that had been sitting on the real estate market for two years with no activity on it. The first couple through the home after it was staged put in an offer, and the homeowners were thrilled that there was also a back up offer in place should the first deal fall through.
